From: Huang on 1 Jun 2010 09:15 Paradox is paradoxical. It is tautological, self referential. Wrap your brains around it - that's the way it is. [1] Denying or trying to eliminate paradox from the standard model actually creates paradox and causes it to occur. [2] Embracing paradox as if it is a component of reality causes it to vanish. Until you recognize that this thing is fundamentally more slippery than what we would like, western philosophy will not be able to comprehend what is really happening in physics.

Such experiments have been performed and the answer is "yes". Whether or not you like or understand the results doesn't alter them. --- news://freenews.netfront.net/ - complaints: news(a)netfront.net --- |
