USB stick not freeing up memory? I have a SanDisk Cruzer 4GB USB memory stick formatted as MS-DOS (FAT). If I delete anything off it, the space is not freed up - I have to erase it in Disk Utility to be able to use it again. Anyone know why the space isn't freed up if I delete the contents? Cheers ... So, the iPad as a business tool Just put together a presentation in Keynote - much easier than it is to do the same in Powerpoint. Sent it over to the iPad. Hooked it up to a big display via the VGA adaptor. All seems to work very well. Is this possible...? (networking) Running my secondary Aperture Vault over the Airport network isn't working out too well. I mount the disk, run the Vault in Aperture, but it is so slow. It's so slow that I end up having to force quit Aperture after updating the Vault (I tried leaving it for over an hour to unmount). I suspect it isn't helped by sh... 30 Jul 2010 04:16
Firefox save complete Web page - not working? I've not long ago upgraded to Firefox 3.6.6. And now, if I try `Save Page As...' `Web page (complete)' on <http://www.royharper.co.uk/blog/?p=370> I get just the HTML file and none of the other stuff (there's a banner and a background at least). Brother printer off-line I started printing a document, and halfway through the printer stopped and the printer queue told me that there was no printer attached to the system.
