There is no "option". It's in the exe install package, and the exe install package doesn't proffer any dialog... I really don't... neither do I... What I said works. For me it's all good. It also says why it is cautioning me, nothing which hasn't been mentioned in this thread. I shal proceed carefully when I get around to running the installer, I know what to watch for, and having made sure first that I can return to the status quo ante if I make an error. Unlocker is too valuable to me to be without, but I'd want to be without an AV which bosses me about! Cheers, Roy
