I didn't like what a better scan of the file by NOD32 showed when run on
the downkoaded file, although MBAM gave it a clean bill of health. Appended
below are the results fom Virustotal. We must all make up our own minds,
but I won't be installin,unlocker 8.9. I told you I was cautious.

well spoke too soon.
Downloaded and installed.
Does absolutely nothing.
I thought that a reboot might be needed, although the installer didn't
ask, but I rebooted anyway, not working.

Doesn't work on this legal copy of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit anyway.
