FYI:
This thread is about "disinfecting Windows" which is infected by
malware and my comments have been "on topic". Backing up highly prized
business data etc is another matter.

You're trying to widen the subject of debate to hide your humiliating

Hi Chris/Hummingbird, backing up with full partition images is a good
thing but it shouldn't be the only type of backup. Although storage is
getting cheaper partition backups is are not practical for many people
because they would end up saving a whole partition each time a few changes
are made.

In addition, a backup of Windows can take a lot longer than 5 minutes even
when it contains little user data. Validating the partition backup in
order to check for copy errors adds yet more time.

Or you could use Paragon Backup & Recovery Free Edition.
http://www.paragon-software.com/home/db-express/

Install and burn recovery disk to DVD. Tested and included on all PCs
I build now.
