A very brief report. These are the files I installed (all of them on my
G drive):

1. python-2.6.5.msi

2. gtk-win/gtk2-runtime-2.16.6-2010-02-24-ash.exe
I accepted the default installation choices except for the drive.

3. pygtk-2.16.0.win32-py2.6.exe

4. pygobject-2.20.0.win32-py2.6.exe

5. pycairo-1.8.6.win32-py2.6.exe

and after a reboot:

6. gramps-3.2.0-1.exe

then. . .

I rebooted again, fired up GRAMPS (no problems) and created a new
(empty) GRAMPS file. Next I imported my (hand-made) GEDCOM file that
loads fine in Simple Family Tree and PAF. It loaded fine in GRAMPS too
and I played with it briefly -> checked out some of the views that were
available. The GRAMPS interface seems quirky to me but SO FAR not so
quirky that I had to consult the on-line documentation. IOW so far so
good. :)

HTH - holler if you have any questions.
