One also has to distinguish between managers
just working in 64bit OS, being 32bit apps,
and native 64bit managers.

the former cannot access system32 folder,
being redirected to sysWOW64 folder
cannot access 64bit processes registry items
( if otherwise haveregistry access feature )
and cannot use 64bit shell context items.
