One of the few,
in fact the only free I am aware about,
is file manager of 64bit 7-zip :-)

Sure, it cannot compete
with full-featured dedicated one.

FreeCommander works just fine on Win7 64-bit(I've installed it on 6
Win7-64 machines) and IMO is the best freeware file manager.

Q-Dir is very good. I like it anyway. The download page has 64-bit
versions.
