They were the same red "blood" cells that are found above our own
ozone layer. Nothing particularly "Martian" or "Terrestrial" about
them.

They were imaged from a thin section of a meteorite which originated
from Mars. So, they were particular in that they were Martian.

Panspermia is NOT "Martian". It is also NOT a red blood cell.

You don't understand the game. There is NO proof that he will accept
that they are not red blood cells.
