I can't disprove it. I don't understand how you initially
concluded they were blood cells.
You seem to have come to the conclusion by means of your
infallible intuition. I don't know how to disprove infallible
intuition.
I suggest that you distribute the $5000 among all the people who
will say you are wrong. That should pay for one lunch at most fast
food restaurants.
