If you didn't use the wizards there is a good chance that the wizards will not properly allow you to control the computer and you will also have to move the computer into the proper COMPUTER group in the AD, not the default AD manual add location or the Group Policy Objects may not be applied properly. -- You can't trust your best friends, your five senses, only the little voice inside you that most civilians don't even hear -- Listen to that.
