I have a HTC with windows mobile 6.1 on it. Everything works great as
far as getting my mail from the office. The only issue I have is I
can't see the "Company Directory"

If I go to Contacts / Menu / Company Directory nothing shows up. I
can't search for anything either.

Where is this "comany directory" stored on my SBS 2003 server so I can
see what it is suppose to store?

(What I really want to see in the "Company Directory" is a shared
contact list that we have)

Thanks in advance
Guy

HTC TP2 here - I get a blank in the Company Directory also, but when I
enter any part (search) of a name and click search, it shows the company
directory information.

If you remember, OWA does this also, you don't see the Company directory
as a list, only the results of your search of the directory.

I get notta. So I'm thinking I'm not really using the "company
directory" on my SBS. (just maybe a shared contact folder) Where can
I check on my Exchange Server to see the different items that it has
listed.

Thanks again for the quick reply

Open Outlook, start a new email, click TO, for the address book, pick
GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST, you should see your COMPANY contacts instead of
your personal ones - every SBS server has at least 1.

Hi,

Thanks for your post and others' suggestions.

Does this "Can't View Company Contacts" issue occur only to that paticular HTC mobile device or to all of your/other mobile phones too? Have you tried accessing the "Company Contacts "with other
domain user accounts?

If it occurs to all devices and all users, please check and see if the SBS 2003 server has applied the latest Exchange server 2003 SP2 and is up-to-date now. Restart SBS server and test it again. Then,
follow the "Deploying Windows Mobile 6 with Windows Small Business Server 2003" below to check and configure your Exchange Mobile settings:
