Can Ping but cant connect
I have a remote server that I can ping and when I run nmap it reports the rdp port open. But, I when I try to RDP in, it hangs on connecting. Shadow Copies not working on schedule
Disregard, I found the issue. It appears the vssadmin.exe file was corrupt. From a command prompt vssadmin.exe was giving no output, as if I typed nothing and just hit enter.
