I tried for a week ago using the chat function, told them my company
info and then silence (:

By not having a webshop removes alot of the small businesses I think.
On the otherhand to renew was not easier in the Sun days, I tried that
for a year now and then without success it was probably easier to open a
new accound than renew!

But again, these things should be on a webshop unless you only want the
big accounts!

John, which Solaris-x86 mailing list is that?
Do you mean the "Solaris Essentials - General Technical Questions -
Solaris on x86" list at http://forums.sun.com/forum.jspa?forumID=864,
the one linked from http://solaris-x86.org/forum/, which is a Yahoo
group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/solarisx86) or is there another?

Thanks,

Mike

Sorry for not being specific, I meant the above m/l.

Gmane maintains a handy archive:

yeah, there's nothing like the crappiest database (mysql) running on
solaris.
