Some say to clear the BIOS to the defaults and/or to Flash the BIOS, disconnect all USB devices and re-install to a clean HD, (not using a Combo CD/DVD!) then if it boots, to make sure if your board needs ACPI turned ON to also turn ON APIC. Someone else found it to be a faulty fan!!! (maybe you should try and disconnect them one by one?) Someone had to return the motherboard twice and that finally fixed it. If you feel like you've tried it all, perhaps that is the way out? Tony. . .
