I assume you mean the email message is arriving at the intended mailbox as
desired? If you mean something else, then please elaborate.

But if the information provided has helped you I think you could at least
thank Robbin and Ace who worked so hard on this. In Robbin's case, he is
contracted by Microsoft to help out here when he has free time from his regular
job of performing like duties elsewhere. But for Ace, this is entirely voluntary.
As for myself, my contribution was very small by comparison, and I would
not be upset by your lack of appreciation, but I am embarrassed for this
group that you show so little.

Hello Dave,

Thanks for your time writing back to us.

First, let's also say "Thank You" to Ace and Larry's patience which point us to the right direction and solutions throughout the issue. Their time and efforts should be highly
appreciated.

If it is working now, please post back the root cause you found and the solution you used to resolve the issue, so that we could have a complete result towards the case and
that will also help others who encounter similar issue in the future. However if the issue persists, please post back to Ace with the results of SPF tests and we can help to
move onto the next step.

Again, thanks for your time and cooperation.

Best regards,
Robbin Meng(MSFT)
