forgotten my password

From: Amber on 19 Jan 2010 07:31 Hi all, I am trying to log in using safe mode in an attempt to override my username and password which i have forgotten. However when I enter in the user name as 'administrator' and the password as blank, I get an error message saying that the system could not log me in. Any ideas? This is driving me crazy. thanks for your help in advance! Amber
