Voda will usually browse on 3G (sometimes with a 30 second startup lag), but calls are more sporadic. The wonders of modern technology, eh? The grilfiend got 8 days out of her original iPhone the other week. I was very impressed. No calls, a few texts, primary use was as a clock! Same here. And in answer to zoara this hasn't changed since the day I got it new. I keep the Bluetooth off, location off and on Edge except when I really need something fast. This way I get through the day....just. H
