Reading the raw XML you posted showed Garmin and GPS and what look
like coordinates, to it was an educated guess!

As it should. No idea how that's happening then, maybe mail Garmin's
software support folks, or check out their wiki if they do one?

- which remark acknowledges that mindless cataloguing (i.e., traditional
biology[1]) is a valid part of science.
