Well, my temporary solution was to lower the temperature of the CPU by removing
the power supply from the case and setting it on top of the case so it doesn't
block part of the CPU fan. I realize this isn't a long term solution, but I
need to decide what I want to do in terms of buying a new CPU fan, case, power
supply or all of the above. Hope this helps anyone else who's having the same
problem.

I dont think its your graphics card or windows. I think it is a
compatability issue between Warcraft and Nvidia drivers.

have you tried running xp nvidia drivers?

I am having the same problem myself.
