I want code for face, lips and eye detection for emotion detection system
i segment successfully the eyebrows but i find difficulty for mouth and eyes
please guide me how i could do this.

I'm not going to email you since that wouldn't benefit anyone except
you, defeating the purpose of a newsgroup.
There are lots of algorithms here on facial analysis:

Pick one and start programming. Especially look in this section:
"21.3.6 Facial Expressions and Emotion Analysis and Description"

thank you for the reply and your help
I want to ask you questions sir:
I used the snake method to segment the lips but the result
is not the same from one image
to another (the result is good for image and bad for the other)
I know that it requires a preprocessing phase but up to now no solution.
please can you give me a suggestion for the initialization phase

Sorry - I can't help you with that. It sounds like it would be much
more involved than a short newsgroup reply, and I just don't have the
time. I haven't even seen your images because you didn't let us know
where they are posted. Maybe a different technique would work
better???
