I think your speculation is optimistic, but please remember the context: a good protocol, in a low-risk situation, and an easy to remember/reconstruct pw. It wasn't intended to protect state secrets.

That quote was in it. Some of them I happened across in other books. Some of them I encountered on-line. And some of them I created myself.
