Hi,

I have a list of n PDFs. I want them to appear in this order: PDF1,
PDF2, ..., PDFn in a big PDF file. Let's call this PDFb.

I do not want to apply some special background, etc.,
or permissions when putting them all into PDFb.
As n is sufficiently big to loose a reader in the
whole resulting PDF, I would like to put a bookmark for every inserted
PDF, in PDFb. For example, I would like the table of bookmarks of PDFb
to be exactly:

==
PDF1
PDF2
..
..
..
PDFn
==

When the reader will click on such a bookmark, the first page of the
PDFi, 1 <= i <= n, into PDFb, needs to be loaded (but this is not
necessarily the first page of PDFb).

I then need to append some new PDFs at the end of PDFb, without
loosing the bookmarks, and appending a bookmark, with the same
convention, for each freshly inserted PDF in PDFb.

How can I achieve this? It should be possible, and not too difficult,
but I never found any indication in the man pages of pdftk.

Thanks.
