No; what I've noticed and left blank every time was the checkmark
square that instructs the program to install the Yahoo! toolbar--I
always use the install version that has that dialog. Try that and see
if it helps.

Been using Ccleaner since before it was piriform.
Always unchecked Yahoo tool bar
Never had any problem.
(I D/L from FileHippo every time)
