Make sure your Windows PCs have anti-virus software installed and the Windows computers disinfected, also ensure than email is virus checked As an alternative replace the Windows OS and applications on the desktop with OpenSolaris and Open Source applications and use VirtualBox to host Windows only applications until you can replace them. Provide a costing of antivirus software v opensolaris solution to finance.

You can't block that would not make sense, change the process to not copy them onto the server that is the correct way.
