I don't think he has any form of tourettes, but consider this: The 15% of tourettes people who have coprolalia do not simply swear in a habitual way. There seems to be some calculated (aware) component. If one of these people is on a bus with five black men, they will loudly utter the N-word, for example. Could that explain his insane interpretation of the Senators's physical actions on camera.
