For self-help options: Frequently Asked Questions Find Solutions Windows Update Newsgroup For assisted support options: Microsoft Online Assisted Support (no-cost for Windows Update issues) I have not received any updates since 11/06 and don't know what to do to fix this. I have to warn you that I am a "dumb user" and need very simple instructions. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
