Closest thing to doing this is to install Komposer http://kompozer.net/ which is a continuation of the development of NVu: http://www.nvu.com/ which is a continuation of the development of the Mozilla Suite Composer module IIRC. Both have a problem with unwanted modification of code that you create if you use a text editor to write the HTML, then open the file in Komposer or NVu. -- John Corliss BS206. Does Sea Monkey/Composer have any advantage over Kompozer? V

It installs with the browser, which kind of makes sense when you are editing HTML and you want to see what it looks like in a hurry, the browser is right there. I believe the browser and Composer have been integrated like this since Netscape 3 or 4, definitely since before it became Mozilla suite then Seamonkey. If you don't want the rest you don't need to install them, and if you only want to use the editor you can have it launch into Composer. -- dee

I was never keen on Nvu's UI, I just feel more at home with Composer so stuck with that. I never got around to running Kompozer (which might be a great software). It can't hurt to try both and make that decision for yourself? The costs are the same for both products :-) -- dee
