The energy of a photon of given frequency is a fixed amount, regardless of how long it may take for a photon to be created, or destroyed, or to travel, or to have it energy dissipated. There is no time duration in that formula for it to be dependent upon .. if it were time dependent, there would be a 't' in the formula. Why do you keep asking people this same question over and over ?? |
