It's not our duty to Google things to figure out what somebody is asking. If somebody wants help, the onus is on them to provide sufficient relevent information. I too have no idea what "Go To Assist" is or does. If the person asking for help can't be bothered to actually explain what he's looking for, I'm certainly not going to go out of my way doing research just to try to figure out what the question is. -- Grant

There may be some particular features that are more important to him than others, for example.
