I double checked with their forum a month or so back. Which means I can not "share" their keyboard, monitor and mouse. Thank you anyway. -T

Hi Greg, Will ssh allow me to "share" his keyboard, monitor and mouse? -T

It allows me to share the client's keyboard, monitor and mouse. Gets around most firewall problems too. http://www.gotoassist.com/en_US/expProductOverview.tmpl Funny thing. I had forgotten that there were actually some sheltered souls out there that only had to deal with Linux and not Windows. Unlike, us tormented souls that have to deal with both. I just though everyone knew what Go To Assist was. My bad. :-[ Now, where is that guy who wants to teach me how to fish: I just ran out of beer! :-D -T -T

HPUX had a desktop sharing capability called SharedX but I don't believe it ever made it off of HPUX. Not aware of anything in Linux for this either ( I could easily be unaware of a solution though ) so these days the best way to go may well be an external solution like Webex or the like. Stan |
