At th time I wasn't but I was offered a phone PAYG Sim for a fiver, which made me a customer. It *is limited on monthly downloads but it does me (500Mb a month as I remember.) Have a look at the orange broadband page and the Racoon item - It wsn'y=t a Racoon that I joined but the details seem the same. Note the "Existing Customers.
