You're replying to a spammer. The same message was multi-posted to many
newsgroups. Note the 5-digit number at the end of the subject line, and the
line of gibberish at the end of the message. Spambots add those so news servers
won't recognize the messages as exact duplicates. (Apparently doesn't fool the
eternal-september servers, though.)

I dunno. I figure that even when one provides technical aid to
somebody who wakes up and realizes their iPhone isn't making calls
because it's an iTouch--you may have answered questions for a passersby!

Or someone who will going hunting for solutions weeks from now...
