I've asked a few people about this, and they said they'd like it if the pixel count were reduced to alleviate noise. But I presume Nikon like the rest of them are hostage to the same p... 18 Jun 2010 19:04
Inkjet printer advice wanted I've decided I need a new inkjet printer. My current Ep$on Photo Stylus 820 ink eater still works and, except for one point, makes nice prints. But that one point is driving me crazy. The problem is that using Epson's top grade glossy paper, it does not print real black. No where near the density of a genuine... 20 Jun 2010 15:39

Despite the Panasonic having much worse high ISO noise than the other two (well, than the Sony anyway) it still beat the other two for overall score. This is the point where you are literally sacrificing high ISO shots because t... 17 Jun 2010 08:57

World cup ISOs Just curious, at what ISO settings do the photojournalists covering the evening soccer games shoot? Perhaps 1600 or higher? The fields seems to be well illuminated and those lenses are huge, but the photojournalists need to freeze the action, so will have to shoot at 1/100s or shorter exposure times. -- Al... 17 Jun 2010 10:03
