Weird message when opening Word 2007

I have a Word document template saved in Word 2003, there is data entered on the page and saved. When trying to open in Word 2007 only the template shows and none of the data. Retrieve deleted document
Document was created, saved. I then deleted the document. Realized I deleted wrong document. Went into my Recycle Bin, but no Word documents are in the Bin. Viewing Bookmarks
Suppose a place a bookmark in my document and open that document after 1 week. Most probably i would have forgotten that i even have placed a bookmark.
