Word 2003 template header problem

Opening a saved Merged document
I am using Mail Merge to save documents and after I have merged and saved the document, it still prompts for "opening this document will run the following SQL command" ... I use Word 2000. I have a Toolbar.dot that starts up when Word starts. When I start Word, the Control Toolbox toolbar is not shown or checked. Currency format lost when merging into Word
I am doing a mail merge and have 3 merge fields that contain numbers. I have formatted them as currency and as number with 2 decimal points, but no matter how I do it, it throws in a number of zeros.
