He needs help and doesn't know where else to ask. Facebook is
terrible: no help, no contact us, no tutorials, nothing to help you
figure out how the stupid thing is supposed to work. And they keep
changing it. You must be a teenager to love it. I use it only
because my granddaughters use it and I want to know what they are up
to.

Ahhh, yeah I guess I'll give you that. FB's help is truly godawful. I
only stay logged into FB with Adium (excellent multi-service IM client)
to message friends. I loath the actual site. Sorry for being an old
grump! :-)

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.

Help link is at the bottom of the page, last item on the right.

You're right; I overstated. I've tried the help and found it not
useful. For example, I have a page called "Home", where other
people's posts appear. If there is an entry in the Help about this
page, I can't find it. Items appear and disappear from the Home page
in no apparent logic. The sorting is crazy. When I put things on my
own Wall, sometimes they appear on the Home page, sometimes they
don't. Or they appear for a few hours and then disappear.
