Big thumbs up from me for this one. I find it particularly useful for
browsing my clipart collection, which is pronominally in .wmf format.

It will also run as a portable application, so it can be put on a USB
stick with your other favourite programs. :)

I've been using it and its sister program, FastStone Photo Resizer,
for a while now.

Always loaded lightning fast in WinXP, but dog slow in Win7. Now it
loads just as fast in Win7!

This picture viewer is truly in a class by itself.

I updated my copy to 4.1 but I'm using the portable version. I noticed
that the "Show 'Browse with FastStone" folder context menu in Windows
Explorer" setting is missing from the Settings "Associations" tab in the
new version. For me, that's a deal killer so I went back to version 4.0.
I emailed the authors about the missing setting.

Did anybody else notice that the setting is missing or is it something
on my machine maybe?

No ad, CD, commercial, cripple, demo, nag, share, spy, time-limited,

I would say it is mainly matter of personal preferences.

When I first had tried it, I liked it.
But I am too used to Iview...

Mine has it, enabled by default--I have the installed version of 4.1
