From: hutch-- on 10 Sep 2007 10:51 Scott, The enclosed Microsoft EULA in the masm32 project is exhaustive in its provision of legal rights to the end user and that legal right is garranteed by Microsoft because they say so in the EULA. Private opinions by people like Herbert are simply nonsense when the EULA absolutely does not include the assumptions that Herbert has tried to inflict on it. When Microsoft licence you to use their software, you are licenced to use their software and someone as silly as Herbert reporting them for pirating their own software has no equity or leverage in the licencing of the software. Don't take anyones word on it, actually read the enclosed EULA yourself and you will understand why Herbert is talking nonsense. Wannabee is sprouting bullsh*t because he is trying to avoid the consequences of a challenge that he made then realised he could not win it. > who is Crime&Co? Betov uses the term in a few different ways, Microsoft often and anyone who uses their software. He may have other uses for the term as well.
