Hmmm. What's with the two guys in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean?
Not to mention the other floating location north of Iceland.

When the map had a few dozen people on it, it was pretty easy to view
and maintain good information in it, so I encouraged lots and lots of
people to add themselves to it. Unfortunately, what worked well with a
few dozen people works poorly with a few hundred, as it only displays a
subset of the users at a time and it's easy to accidentally mess up the
markers.

I'd like to find a better way for Lisp people to find people near them
than this Google map, but I haven't come across anything yet.

What is funny is that the clojure map (http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?
ie=UTF8&oe=UTF8&msa=0&msid=112691912540601337884.00045972a1deb8de0d96b)

seems to show all users, irrespective of the side-pane view.

That's not how it looks to me. When I look at the second page of Clojure
users, there are far fewer on the map.

Very interesting and somewhat informative. Tried to add myself as a CL noob,
but I guess I'm not doing it correctly. Thanks!
