Let me add another comment: eventually somebody would ask if there's
is any prime less than 2 and that got to be a resoundingly "Yes" or
"No" kind of question. Right?

Yes, 'disprovable' makes sense whether the theory is consistent of
inconsistent!

It makes sense in either case.
