There are several Windows-specific groups and the chances are that this issue has been resolved and they are much more likely to have the answer than folks (no matter how helpful) in a hardware group. They are two of about 200 groups dedicated to windows issues on my news server. Also MS run their own web forums for this sort of thing. Google would have likely given you the answers too. -- Shaun.
