oh well, I didn't even know they were useable! First and last
time I used them in vi was my first experience of the vi editor
and just using the arrow on that RISC (6K) proved the named was
right while the training server just went down. (for fragile souls
I'll add that was a trigger but not the only reason why ;-)

Since then I know the 90s and even the 00s passed by but I've
never ever took a chance to check if the arrows were 'repaired' ;D)

You should in the 'apparence settings' somewhere find
an option to disable AOL mode.

Lol, cute... Sick will be better word... If you use kde4, just right
click somewhere on the message and uncheck 'fancy formating' checkbox...
