No, JSH is not Musatov. JSH's output is sophisticated enough that one
is not surprised to learn he has a college degree in physics.
Musatov's output is such that one is surprised he can manage the task
of posting to Usenet. JSH surpasses Musatov the way a caribou
surpasses a flea. It is clear that Musatov is incapable of producing
anything as coherent as Musatov's Axiom #19: a careful search of the
historical record will show that this is, in fact, the work of JSH,
and was only attributed to Musatov through a historical accident of
misattribution. Why this happened in unclear, but it may be because
James is both so prolific and so unconcerned with fame.

I have heard that Musatov's 19th Axiom, which deals with prime residues,
could be of use in proving the Riemann Hypothesis. Does anybody hear have
any opinion on whether the behavior of prime residues postulated by the
19th Axiom of Musatov would really relate to the Reimann Hypothesis? I
personally don't see any connection between the Reimann Hypothesis and
a prime residue (had to sneak a singular one in somehow), but I'll admit
to having never given Prime Residue Theory much study. It would be
interesting to see how the Prime Residue Behavior/Behaviour that is
postulated by Musatov's 19th Axiom could help find zeroes of the
Zeta Function.

Anybody here remember the episode of _The Prisoner_ entitled "It's
Your Funeral"? It didn't discuss the 19th Axiom of Musatov, nor was
there ever any discussion of a Prime Residue favoring one answer
over another. It did posultate the existence of "jammers", though.
Musatov. 19th Axiom. Prime Residue. Fnord.

Agree, caribou and fleas is good.
and Yes, Musatov is far more famous in higher circles, for far less
compedient work than JSH.
But we are comparing two Bozos in the Dark with squirt guns and weak minds.
