The US military retains the services of soldiers who are wounded or injured
(obviously depending on the severity of the injury).

Most western militaries have a variety of light duties states in which ill,
injured, recovering (etc) soldiers can carry out tasks.

Maybe sacrificing a chicken will change the codepage...

He missed the fact that meth labs are generally local so
the CIA doesn't have any involvement. News reports today
says that Meth has become more of a problem on the US
eastern seaboard. It used to be predominantly a midwestern
and western US problem.

There's a case to be made for the CIA historically having
involved themselves in illegal activies in other countries.
We don't know for a fact its true or not, but there was some
pretty substantial evidence for it at one time.

Yes, of course.
