There may be both CUPS and non-CUPS drivers available. I haven't
managed to get this straight.

One of my machines running Leopard can only print once from Firefox
(the second time, Firefox crashes). One running Snow Leopard fils to
print nine times out of ten (but fortunately does work the other time,
because I had an unsavable PDF form that I needed to print, and it
printed in the end). The other running Snow Leopard works perfectly.

I'm using a Canon MP980 connected wirelessly.
