If you did you will find... http://www.fiercevoip.com/story/magicjack-settles-florida-ag/2009-04-16 Many of the complaints were that people were charged during what was supposed to be the free trail period. http://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/business/article_7b8b67b6-183a-5c49-a4f9-367810c1e738.html "On April 15, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum's Economic Crimes Division reached a settlement with Magic Jack LP over allegations the company marketed a "free" 30-day trial for its long distance phone equipment, but actually charged and debited consumers during the trial." Go to there official web site. Do you see a link for "contact" or the eluseive EULA, ToS or AUP ? Is there a phone number to speak with customer support or sales ? Apply for the device and service. You have to enter complete contact information and provide credit card information. Still you have no access to company "contact" or the elusive EULA, ToS or AUP. Why is this hidden or obfuscated ? These are RED FLAGS and should tell 'ya to avoid this company and services at all costs. This is part of practicing Safe Hex !
