Max out your RAM on your Laptop. If it is at max already then there is little you can do. Paul.

I have installed it on my wifes laptop and yes I noticed that as the OS is booting I get a momentary information balloon telling me that the computer is unprotected and then MSE loads and all is well Is there any way to get MSE to load first??? Also I noticed that "Automatic updates" is automatically turned on during the MSE installation. I usually do my updates manually mainly so that I know what is going on. Am I correct in assuming that MSE requires "Automatic Updates" turned on all the time so that it can update its signatures as required, or does it do this another way Maurice Helwig
