What is new, is that Einstein's P1 is a blatant lie. In his theory the laws of
physics ARE NOT the same in all frames. The LTs have to applied to make them
the same.

That is esssentially correct.

Actually what SR holds to be true is that the laws of nature are the
same in all inertial coordinates and to obtain the laws in one frame
starting with the initial one uses the Lorentz transformation to
tramsform from inertial system A to inertial system B. These two items
don't contradict each other.
