USB Overdrive does quite a lot more than LCC can, and may already be in use for other reasons. Simplify. Also, LCC gained a bad rep a while ago (Leopard release maybe?) because it used some 3rd party hackery tool to hook into the OS - which it (a) didn't mention, and which (b) bluescreened some people's OS upgrades. They don't use it now, but once bitten... They still rely on some dodgy hacks which break applications. They added a category to NSString which broke Delicious Library, if memory serves. -- Chris
